Ladys Drove Bungalow

This bungalow is now finished and we have buyers February 2021.

We renovated a semi detached house on Ladys Drove, Emneth and applied for planning permission to build a bungalow next door.

We were granted planning permission by the planners, the planning and building regs were then completed. We started piling work in September 2019. We continued to build, the flowscreed went in once the the underfloor heating was complete and checked. (May 2020)

The plastering was completed so we could start painting and second fix as that dried. (July 2020)

The bungalow has 2/3 bedrooms and is built to modern building and energy efficiency standards. It has:
– air source underfloor heating
– double glazing throughout
– built in wardrobes in bedrooms 1 and 2
– no upward chain
– integrated Hotpoint appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

It went on sale in August 2020.
