July 2024 this bungalow is now sold subject to contract.

June 2024 just internal decoration and tidying up to be completed now.

May 2024 nearing completion the kitchen, utility room, bathroom and en-suite furniture is now fitted. Plumbing heating and hot water completed. Carpentry and electrics nearly finished then just final decoration to do. Hopefully this home will be completed by the end of June 2024.

This three bedroom bungalow on our Hungate road site in Emneth is under construction as of January 2023.
