Plot 4 is a 4 bedroom house with a large garage this is the second of the two storey homes on the site. This home will have 4 bedrooms, two en-suites upstairs and a ground floor WC with vanity unit. Its part of phase two of the site on Contour Close. The footings and floor beams were completed in May 2024. We hope to complete the brick shell during the summer of 2024.

The garage will be 4 metres across.
