House is now watertight, the ground floor underfloor heating and screed has been installed. It will have a porch constructed, which will be built on gallows brackets to allow maximum vehicle freedom of manoeuvre. The garden is being landscaped and the driveway being constructed at present. Inside first fix plumbing, electrics and carpentry are underway.

May 2024

The brickwork is completed to the first floor and first lift scaffold is now up for us to continue. The 1st floor joists and floor will be added in June 2024. We plan to have the roof on and make the building watertight by late July or early August. So then interior trades and work can commence.
