Phase 3
As of March 2025 we have started work on Plots 35 and 36 which are both 3 bedroom bungalows.

We hope to make plot 37 and 38 first time buyer homes via the “first home“ government scheme if and when it becomes active.
In November 2021 the pedestrian link between Gaultree Square and the playing fields running past this site was completed. It has been passed by Norfolk County Council Highways Inspector and has had a Safety Audit. Hopefully this pathway will be a benefit to the citizens of Emneth.
